DAY 1: Delhi - Jaipur (260 km/ Approx 5.5 Hrs. Drive)
Early in the morning you will be picked up from your hotel by our chauffeur driven car and drive to Jaipur.
On your arrival in Jaipur meet with your expert guide and commence your guided tour of Jaipur. Today you will be visiting the City Palace, Jantar Mantar and a picture perfect Hawa Mahal.
1. THE CITY PALACE
The history of The City Palace is as old as the Jaipur city itself. Considering the rise in population and scarcity of water in Amber, Sawai Jai Singh II shifted his capital from Amber to Jaipur and build this architectural masterpiece. It has beautiful buildings inside the complex which should be in the must-visit list of any Tourist.
2. JANTAR MANTAR
One of the largest and well-preserved astronomical observatories out of five in India built by Sawai Jai Singh II. This UNESCO World Heritage site has a collection of nineteen astronomical instruments within its premises, the major attraction is the world’s largest stone sundial.
3. THE WIND PALACE
Also known as Hawa Mahal is a major landmark and a famous tourist attraction of Jaipur. Famous for its 935 windows and balconies. The palace was built for the royal ladies to enjoy processions and day to day life of people, without being noticed by the common people of the city. DAY 2: Jaipur - Delhi (260 km/ Approx 5.5 Hrs. Drive)
The morning after breakfast we will take you to a guided excursion to Amber Fort, the classical romantic Rajasthan Fort Palace. Its construction was started by Man Singh I in 1592 and completed by his descendant Jai Singh.
Later in the afternoon checkout from the hotel and drive back to Delhi.
