Today morning at 1000 hrs. you will be picked up from your hotel and meet with our expert who will take you to the local food streets to have some delicious meal. After this he will take you to the vegetable market where you have a first-hand experience of the local vegetable and fruits market. You will be introduced to the Indian vegetables, Fruits and Spices which are used in daily cooking. During your visit you will learn and understand how Indian ladies bargain with the venders, which is most important and interesting part of the visit. This experience is completely different to visiting a supermarket.
After the visit to the local market proceed to the home of an expert & experienced Chef and an author of several books on culinary. After an introduction you will be enrolled in different cooking styles in India and also learn about the different spices, ingredients and techniques used in India cooking, followed by the lunch.
After lunch our driver will drop you at your hotel.
