Tour Details

Change of Guard ceremony at Rashtrapati Bhavan, New Delhi, the residence of the President of India, is the venue of the Changing the Guard ceremony. The Changing of Guard ceremony takes place at forecourt lawns of the Presidential residence. New Delhi every Saturday Morning and Sunday Evening.
 
Early in the morning at 7 am you will be picked up from your city hotel and proceed to Parliament house Gate no 2. After Security check enters the forecourt lawns of the Presidential residence.
 
The thirty-minute ceremony commences with the President Bodyguard troops, astraddle their clad, powerful, and well tidy steeds advancing from behind the Jaipur Column to the tunes compete by the military band. Thenceforth the Parade Commander marches in, on whose ‘word of command’ the guard marches in. The commander examines each new guard and exchanges the national salute at the end. Thenceforth the new guard takes over the duties of guards and sentries. The ceremony ends with associate degree equestrian show by the President Bodyguard troops and taking part in of the anthem.
